Faith Agnew

Physiotherapist

Faith has 20 years of experience working as a Physiotherapist here in New Zealand, as well as the UK. She did her undergraduate physiotherapy study in Otago and completed post-graduate study in manipulative physiotherapy, at AUT in Auckland.

Faith loves helping people get back to what they love doing and this drives her interest in upskilling and keeping up to date with the latest research and treatment methods. More recently she has trained in the Bradcliff Breathing Method where breathing well is viewed as the foundation of movement, health & wellbeing making it an incredible tool to improve energy, efficiency, focus and performance. She has also been undertaking further training with the Neuro Orthopaedic Institute (NOI) Group who in essence recognise that movement and knowledge are the most effective treatment for pain and stress.

Working alongside her clients, Faith likes to ensure that the treatment is tailored to their specific needs and goals and that they feel empowered on their road to recovery whatever their age.

Outside of work Faith enjoys yoga, gardening, walking and getting outdoors with her family.
